ANSAP’s Four-Level Nursing Leadership & Management Development Program

The Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines, INC. (ANSAP) has been successfully developing and accrediting training programs for nurses. With its determination to further enhance the skills of the nurse leaders, ANSAP developed a new certification program for nurse managers. The NURSE MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. This course is broken into four (4) modules (Admin I to IV), the course consist of a 5 day didactic lectures/workshop and 10 day internship. The Nurse Manager Development program will be offered on July 23,27, 2012 with Administration 1 Module at ANSAP building located at No 1. Diamond St. cor, A. Rodriguez Ave, Tandang Sora, Quezon City from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Registration Fee: P 20,000 – 5 Days Lecture/Workshop and 10 days practicum
(Inclusive of lunch, morning and afternoon snack, certificate of attendance, handouts and training kits)

Nursing Leadership & Management Development Program (NLMDP)

Admin 101
A basic program designed for front line supervisors or candidates for such positions focusing mainly on fundamental management principles and patient-centered quality healthcare.

Admin 201
A more advanced program designed for the more experienced supervisors, area managers, division chiefs, or candidates for such positions focusin mainly on more advanced management practices/tools and on the seven domains of nursing competencies from novice to expert.

Admin 301
Desgined for administrators/directors of nursing institutions and/or services or potential candidates for such positions such as assistant administrators/directors and/or experienced division chiefs, focusing on strategic management principles and strategies and solutions for achieving safe and reliable health care on a division/institution level.

Admin 401
Designed for the more experiences administratos/directors of nursing institutions andor services focusing on strategic alignment or organizational developmeent/ transformation to include ISO Accreditation/Total Quality Management in health care on a division/institution level.
