Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses
Code of ethics is utilized by a profession or by a government or non-government organization to control the profession.
Code of ethics (professional code) may be framed as a code of professional responsibility, which would be tackling difficult issues and decisions that a professional might be facing, and give a clear instruction of what action would be considered ethical or right in the given circumstance.
Failure to follow with the code of ethics can result to expulsion from the profession.
