Deadline of Application for the December 2011 Nursing Licensure Examinations


With only 3-4 days after the recent release of July 2011 NLE Results, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is now accepting applications for the December 18 and 19, 2011 Nurses Licensure Examination.

Deadline for the filing of application:

  • Repeaters – September 16
  • New or first timers – October 21

Requirements for first-time applicants:

  1. Original and photocopy of Transcript of Records with scanned picture and remarks, “For Board Examination Purposes”
  2. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the National Statistics Office in security paper
  3. Original and photocopy of Marriage Certificate issued by the NSO in security paper
  4. Summary of related learning experiences signed by the College of Nursing Dean
  5. Summary of cases handled and signed by clinical instructors, school coordinator, dean and/or chief nurse
  6. Three (3) pieces of recent passport-size colored pictures in plain white background with complete name tag
  7. 2011 Community Tax Certificate;
  8. One (1) piece of window envelope with postage stamp worth P9.
  9. Examination fee is P900.

Note: A copy of birth or marriage certificate from the local civil registrar must be submitted if the NSO copy is not legible.

Repeaters need to bring any of the following :

  • Report of Ratings
  • Notice of Admission, or Official Receipt of the previous examination
  • three (3) passport size colored photos in plain white background with complete name tag
  • one (1) piece of window envelope with postage stamp worth P9, and community tax certificate.

Applicants should apply personally and there will no extension of the filing of application.
