DOH ready to hire Aklanon nurses for RNHeals
KALIBO, Aklan, Jan. 21 (PIA) — The Department of Health (DOH) is ready to hire Aklanon nurses for its 3rd batch of servers in the rural areas under its Registered Nurses for Health Enhancement and Local Service (RNHeals) program.
According to the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) here under its manager, Vivian R. Solano, the DOH has already furnished the provincial office a copy of the procedures in the recruitment and selection of applicants.
Applicants, according to the PESO, could apply through the internet by logging on to www.chd6.doh.gov.ph.
Solano said only nurses with valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) licenses are eligible to apply under the program.
Applicants should also be physically fit, not over 30 years at the time of deployment, residents of identified municipalities, not able to receive any remuneration in the practice of the nursing profession for the past 5 years, and not a recipient of NARS and RNHeals programs.
Applicants should also finish the one year deployment program.
Those applying for deployment, according to PESO-Aklan, will be ranked according to their PRC rating, results of written examination, and General Weighted Average (BSN Course).
Period of application, conducted online, is from January 19 to 31, 2012.
The PESO said registration is 24 hours, except on January 31, which will only be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. (JSC/VGV-PIA 6 Aklan)
