How to apply using PRC's Online Application System (OAS)


Now its easier and more convenient to apply for your board examinations! The Professional Regulations Commissions launched their Online Application System (OAS) to enable applicants for the various licensure examination to file their applications online. Nurses applying for the Nurse Licensure Examination can use their online system to apply.


The application process is so simple that you can only read through step 1. Anyways, here is a step-by-step guide on how you can apply:

Step 1. Go to:

Step 2. Read and follow through the instructions then press “Next”

Step 3. Read and agree to the “Terms and Conditions”

Step 4. Accomplish the application form found at with complete and correct details.

Step 5. When all information has been properly encoded, click on SAVE, then click on OK.

A confirmation message will appear on your screen confirming that you’ve successfully submitted your application. A similar notification will also be sent to your email address.

Step 6. Proceed to the nearest PRC office and present all required documentary requirements for validation, payment of prescribed fees and issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA) preferably before or on prescribed deadline for application.

Additional Info

PRC Approved Zones (university or college) may arrange a schedule in advance with PRC so that a processing team from PRC can be deployed to a specific college where graduates who filed online may present all required documentary requirements for validation, payment and issuance of NOA. The schedule should be made for IT/Computers and printers for use by the PRC staff during the scheduled appointment.

  1. hi gud day, nagfillup ako sa OAS then nakumpleyo ko ung details then i press save. tpos biglang nagerror tpos nkita ko nmn ung was successful sent nmn. tpos nung hiinahanap ko ung print icon ala naman akong makita.
    tanong ko lng poh n kpag nagpunta ako ng prc mismo or isa sa mga outreach nila eh ipiprint ba nila ung OAS ko? need advice. thanks

  2. Hi Sir, Good Day! I registered in AOS this morning, but until now, no confirmation letter have been sent to my email. I didn’t save nor print the confirmation when I save my details. Do I need a print out of it when I go to PRC tomorrow? I’m just worried because i don’t have a copy of it. Thank You..

    nag fill out po ako ng AOS at n save ko naman
    after nun n save ko n at may confirmation naman
    i was thinking sir kung need p b ng print out nun?? or khit wala na
    sabi kasi ng mga friends ko may print daw nun
    e nag aalala ako wala naman print dun sa page
    and ano po mga ddlhin na kailangan to be sure??

  4. Good evening! I am Leah from Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines. I’ll take the board exam this coming Nov 29-30, 2015. And kaka register ko lang po kanina sa PRC online application nila. Is it true po ba na once lang pwede maka register dun? Im worried po kasi, Nag register ako and nag submit and na fill up ko nang tama yung application na yun. But after I submit parang may error po nalumabas while processing my application. Pero lumabas naman po yung confirmation na naka register ako sa kanila. What to do po? Na printscreen ko naman po yung confirmation na nanggaling sa PRC. Please help me po. Thank you so much! More power. And btw, wala po kaming emails na nareceive from PRC na nka register na daw kami.   5. hi po im november 2014 passer..ask ko,nagkamali po ako ng entry ng middle initial ko..dhil nag change status po ako from single-married..ang nalagay ko po dun sa online application ko ung middle initial ko nung single pa ako instead of ung sa middle initial ko na sa married na status…anu po ba ung process na gagawin at anu requirements to reconcile this matter?pls help me..thank you ang Godbless

    • Use common key words like the name of your city and school. Usually, if you type it down completely, results will come out as zero. Read the instructions before clicking next as almost all possible concerns has been answered there.

      There’s no form provided. Just click the link given at the post and instructions will be provided as you go along through it. If you want, you can printscreen before you click “save” and printscreen the screen saying your registration was successful. :)
