Nurses can apply for the RNHeals 3 in Calabarzon if they are:
- Resident of Calabarzon provinces
- Board passer of 2012 and earlier years
- With Volunteer experience in any hospital/RHUs
- No previous work experience as a nurse
The following requirements are also needed:
- Application Letter (original)
- Resume (original)
- Diploma (photocopy)
- Transcript of Records (photocopy)
- PRC ID (photocopy)
- Board Rating (photocopy)
Please submit all applications (4 copies) to Provincial Health Team Offices for provincial applicants) or Personnel Section (Project4, QC).
