RNHeals 3: Northern Mindanao Application Requirements & Updates

Good news to all our fellow nurses in Northern Mindanao! Previously, we have updated you regarding the start of the RNHeals 3 application with this post.  Awhile ago, we received an email pertaining to the application details and requirements of RNHeals 3 for the following provinces: Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte, Camiguin, and Misamis Oriental. Make haste nurses, as this will be only until January 20, 2012. 

The application for RNHeals 3 in these provides is via online. And yes, application for the RNHeals 2012 is on!

If you are from Bukidnon, Lanao del Norte, Camiguin, and Misamis Oriental prepare the following requirements:

• Application letter
• Curriculum Vitae (Resume)
• Transcript of Records
• PRC Card

Application letters are addressed to:

Department of Health
Center for Health Development- Northern Mindanao
Sereña St., Carmen Cagayan de Oro City

Attach the requirements and email them at:

PROVINCE_MUNICIPALITY/CITY_NAME _AGE_YEAR(Passed Board Exam)

(i.e. Bukidnon_Impasug-ong_Cruz Karen_26_2008)

*province_municipality is your place of residence
