DOH to hire additional 10,000 nurses for the RN Heals program

Last January, the DOH hired around 10,000 nurses from the first batch of the RN Heals program and have sent them to over 1,200 communities all over the country that have none or little access to health care. Due to the success of the first batch of RN HEALS, Department of Health Secretary Enrique Ona promulgated that the governments plans to hire 10,000 registered nurses for the second batch of RN HEALS that will served the local community.
