It’s a wonderful feeling to be appreciated. And in the work we do as nurses, it’s one of the best feelings that many of us have experienced.

A NICU nurse at WellStar Kennestone Hospital in Marietta, Georgia is no different.

Nurse Renee thought she was just watching a simple video from parents of her previous patients, thanking her for all she’s done. Then they walked in and received a wonderful surprise from her “favorite people” when she was reunited with the babies she saved–many of them are toddlers now!

It’s all good feels when the kids and parents approached Renee honoring and continually thanking her.
